The "Palomitas" Spanish curriculum is a comprehensive and engaging language program designed specifically for students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. It aligns with ACTFL standards, as well as TEKS and LOTE requirements for elementary foreign language instruction in Texas. The curriculum emphasizes oral language development through songs, movement, storytelling, and visual aids, providing a strong foundation in vocabulary, basic grammar, and conversational Spanish. Students are introduced to culturally rich content and functional language structures through age-appropriate themes such as greetings, numbers, colors, classroom phrases, family, and community. "Palomitas" supports both novice learners and heritage speakers by incorporating spiraled learning, interactive activities, and scaffolded repetition, making language acquisition both effective and fun.

The "Papas Fritas" Spanish curriculum is thoughtfully designed for students in 3rd through 5th grade, building on foundational skills while meeting ACTFL, TEKS, and LOTE standards. This program emphasizes meaningful communication through thematic units that expand students’ vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Spanish. With a focus on functional language use, students engage in age-appropriate conversations, explore cultural topics from the Spanish-speaking world, and develop confidence through role-plays, games, storytelling, songs, and short writing tasks. The curriculum introduces more complex grammatical structures and encourages deeper cultural awareness, helping learners connect language to real-world contexts. "Papas Fritas" provides a dynamic and developmentally appropriate bridge between early language learning and more advanced proficiency.

The "¡Así se dice! Level 1" curriculum is a robust and engaging Spanish program tailored for middle school students in grades 6 through 8. Designed to meet the ACTFL standards, as well as TEKS and LOTE requirements, this comprehensive course introduces students to foundational grammar, essential vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday conversational skills. Through thematic units focused on real-life communication—such as greetings, school, family, food, and daily routines—students develop proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish. Cultural content is woven throughout each chapter to deepen students' understanding of the diverse Spanish-speaking world. With a balanced mix of structured lessons, interactive activities, audio-visual resources, and formative assessments, ¡Así se dice! Level 1 prepares students for continued success in high school Spanish while promoting global awareness and cross-cultural connections.
